  • Split Payment with co-payers

6. Split Payment Terms

The split payment feature allows multiple users to contribute to a single order. By using this feature:

  • You authorize us to share the order amount with co-payers
  • Payment links are valid for a limited time period
  • All co-payers must pay their share for order processing
  • We are not liable for disputes between co-payers
  • Refunds are issued based on the refund policy for the full order

7. Delivery and Cancellation

  • Deliveries are made on the date specified during order placement
  • Changes to order details must be requested 24 hours before the delivery cutoff
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Cancellations made 48 hours before delivery are eligible for refunds
  • Partial refunds may apply for cancellations made within 48 hours

8. Vendor Terms

Our vendors are independent service providers. By ordering from a vendor:

  • You acknowledge that vendors are responsible for product quality
  • Disputes regarding customization should be reported within 2 hours of delivery
  • We facilitate orders but vendors are responsible for fulfillment
